Use of the service

You may use PromptAndGo to create, optimise, save, and share AI prompts. Don't use the service to generate or distribute content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or that the underlying AI providers prohibit.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

You own the prompts and outputs you create. We retain rights to the platform itself (UI, code, curated prompts). The prompts in our public library are licensed for your use within the service.

Acceptable use

No spam, no scraping, no resale of the service or its content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or any underlying AI provider's terms.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs depend on third-party providers and can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Don't rely on AI output for legal, medical, or financial decisions without human review.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the updated version here and email account holders of material changes.
